Great place. Barely had to wait more than 15-20 minutes in waiting room Update:I private pay and for some reason just got a call for annual assessment..when I started less than a year here..is this a money grab? I mean I don’t have money like that to be paying every 5months.
I had a wonderful experience here and felt like they were a great help in me changing the way I live. Thank you terros
For group meetings and counseling I've had great experiences with Terros for the most part in the 2+years I've been a client. I'm mostly satisfied with the behavioral health/psychiatric services I've received. They always care about you and your needs with a pharmacy (Genoa) on site it's very convenient to see your doc and get your Rxs in one stop. This is by far the best of the very few psychiatric services in the valley which accepts AHCCCS/Medicaid which is truly a lifesaver imo because living without psych meds just isn't an option for me. But I'm treated like a human being at Terros and I really appreciate being able to get my meds without giving up my dignity... (Their corporate call center leaves something to be desired but the staff at this location are great)
The staff is great! Friendly!! Always make me smile or laugh. They have a great Physicians Assistant on staff who knows his stuff. Never a long wait, always go above and beyond. Great place for AZ primary care.
Honest, fair and nice people
My therapist was very caring, genuine, and helpful. I liked that they gave me a workbook for my therapy, I felt like it gave me so much more of a path toward well-being. I felt much more directed and taken care of. The psychiatrist was a bit of a different story, I could tell that she had a lot of clients and had a more noticeable separation being Doctor and Patient. I think this is probably just a matter of funding, but she listened to my concerns and was receptive to my input.
