This place was cool when I was about 12. I remember some involuntary feel good therapeutic times here.
You guys at St. Luke's do a great job talking from experience thx u an all your staff
Ive been to more than a couple behavioral health institutions and this one is the best. I was offered a treatment Ive never been offered before and it is working.
This place wasn’t actually too bad for opiate detox. The food wasn’t bad, the rooms were big, clean and comfortable. They didn’t make you go to meetings if you didn’t want and they did what they could to keep you comfortable. After my first night I woke up with serious back pain and they got a doctor to see me in a reasonable amount of time. He provided me a lidocaine patch along with some nsaid pain relievers to ease my discomfort. The follow up for my pain as well as my detox I felt was above and beyond expectations. The bad part is they didn’t do much for me when it came to further treatment such as rehab. They provided me with a list of rehabs that take ahcccs, all of which had waiting lists at the time. They didn’t do anything to help me with this process or suggest any place for me to go while I waited for an opening at a rehab. Being left on my own without any outside support or help I turned right back to drugs after leaving the place. If they could help you better when it comes to getting people into a inpatient program, when they know that that’s the best option for someone, I would give this place 6 stars and rate them 110% better than anywhere I’ve ever been.
My dad couldn't stop drinking and he when in this center and they help him a lot is been a good 6 months and has not drink no more he is also going to aaa programs at terros
The staff should not look like I'm bugging them for just making sure my son is there. And they should have a paper or someone to smile and kindly inform the visitors when they arrive the first time.
This isn’t a place to go for a vacation. You go here for help. To rate the food or even customer service is ridiculous. This facility saved a member of my family. It’s not pretty but the job is not either.
Checked myself in for detox and honestly this place is amazing aside from a psychiatrist unprofessionalism regarding the value of one's time. I literally waited 4 hours at a pharmacy for my scripts talked to her 3 times each time she informed me she was sending them. Seriously? Not ok
I love st.lukes they are very welcoming and non judgemental I'm a heroin addict and tomorrow will be the third time I've been there and hopefully the last, the staff is great!! shout out to Angel who runs a smooth operation
my daughter went there and had a great experience. she said staff was great. she wasn't ready to leave and they let her stay. she was recovering from alcohol. hasn't touched a drink since and this was about 9 months ago. i would like to see more names of the good and bad staff. i now need to get help for my son and i don't want him around any one that is not will to help him out
My son is in there now, and he is telling me how nice every one is, and how helpful the staff is with him. I have called and talked to a few staff members and they where very caring and was able to give me helpful information over the phone. I will post more info at the end of the week.
