Don't know why such a low overall score because i love the tempe location. Megan and Tiffany are the best doctors ever and the front desk is awesome. Thank you guys for truly helping me.

I have been going to this place for a few months now. I have to say... Dr. Lindsay is one of the best doctors I've seen in Scottsdale. She cares what I have to say and whats affecting me. She prescribes what she thinks will help me and deals with feedback very well. This location is 20 minutes from my house but its worth it once you find that doctor and Dr. Lindsay is that doctor. The staff and receptionist have always treated me with respect and prompt service. I recommend this place to any going through personal hardship currently in there lives.

My nurse practitioner is faith, she is absolutely wonderful. She makes me feel comfortable and seems like she really cares. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. I’ve been struggling with mental health since I was a kid and I’ve had drs be extremely rude and just put me on medication without telling me what it was or asking me. Faith goes through the possible side effects and let’s me decide what’s best for my treatment. The staff is amazing, front desk is friendly and helpful. So glad I found this place.

I don’t know why there’s such horrible reviews, my experience was great so far. Kat their Clinic Support head greeted me warmly. She was very welcoming and accommodating. I have her card incase anything is an issue. She then set me up with Ben who is FANTASTIC. He wrote notes to specialize my care and was very welcoming. Unfortunately he recommended me to someone who is more specialized for my specific care which was nice rather than him trying to take something on that may not help me in the long run. I don’t know who this person is yet, but if you get Ben, he’s wonderful. I’m hopeful the next person will give me the same care and be just as understanding with my personal issues.

It took a little bit but I finally got the records that I needed from Stephen in the records department.

Without a doubt in my mind, the people at Crisis Prep. & Recovery have saved my life! Rarely people like to share about good experiences & only want to vent about negativity but the intense,positive change my life has taken is largely due to my counselor (Stacy Beck) being very compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me. Through our sessions I have grown so much and learned so much to help me not feel so powerless to my depression and anxiety. You get back what you put into therapy/recovery (from drugs to mental health) and these guys will work with you if you're willing to put in your side of the work. If You need/want a comfortable, inviting environment to improve your mental state with a truly caring crew who are willing to try multiple approaches to help you to best fit your needs!

Love the new office location, love my counselor. No complaints here, gladly would recommend this place to anyone.

Great ppl

This placed saved my inner being. I love my nurse practitioner. Took her time with me finding the proper medications to keep me stable. I also see a therapist there. She is wonderful. Listens to me and I have to say. Helps me to work out my every day life.

Overall good. My councelor seems to care and is usually willing to help with resources to help with issues your facing and well as having a sympathetic ear. While it's mostly ok every so often it'll be a bit touch with the scheduling.
